We hope that you have had the chance to learn more about the academic and spiritual education available at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School through the information on these pages. Here at OLQP, we are proud to be able to offer a high-quality state-accredited academic program from grades Pre-K3 through 8th, along with a daily religious education program. We are also proud to offer a before and after school care service available exclusively as a convenience for our families.

Items required for admissions of new students:

• A copy of the Birth certificate (official state document)
• A copy of the Social Security Card
• A copy of the Current Immunization Record
• A copy of the Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Completion of the following forms for all students:

1. REGISTRATION FORMS            
   1. Download and then please open from FILE EXPLORER.  These forms are for students joining OLQP from Aug 2022 to June 2023.
2. Authorization of Release of Records (if applicable)

Please bring the completed registration forms to the school office when you are ready to enroll your child at Our Lady Queen of Peace and our staff will be able to answer any additional questions you may have at that time.

Once your forms are turned in to the office, please set up an appointment by phone or in person to complete the following:

• Interview with Principal
• Screening of Enrolling Student
• Signed SMART Tuition Form (Available in the Finance Office)

The OLQP Board of Trustees, working with Administration, has decided in the midst of these difficult times there will be no increases in tuition and added one additional fee for the coming school year. We hope that this will help our families and also allow more children to come to our wonderful school. We are continuing to make Catholic education more affordable.

Some important notes related to tuition, costs and payments include:

• We offer a 3% discount for prepaying your full annual tuition balance by May 3, 2022. This is a great potential savings.
• The actual annual cost of educating one student at OLQP exceeds the tuition and fees by up to $2,000 per year.
• Donations, The Annual Giving Fund for OLQP, and our two major annual fundraisers are the only way that we are able to fill this “gap” and keep tuition as low as possible.
• Teachers at OLQP are carrying out their vocation as Catholic school educators. Catholic teacher salaries are far below that of public schools, but what we lack in riches, we make up in the ability to educate your child’s mind, heart and spirit in a Christ-centered and nurturing environment.

After you have registered your child(ren), you may contact the Finance Office for Tuition Assistance  information. Please call the school for instructions on how to access these forms for completion. All families who may be in need of any tuition assistance are encouraged to complete the forms. We are unable to consider families for tuition assistance without a completed FACTS application. The first tuition assistance deadline is February 11, 2022.

ACE scholarships was founded in 2000 to provide limited income families with access to quality, private K-12 schools through scholarships. Our Lady Queen of Peace was selected to be a part of the ACE scholarships in 2022.

Isn't it time to send your child to a safe environment where academics and respect for others is valued? Turn in registration papers and a non-refundable registration fee by February 22nd to begin the process to be considered for an ACE scholarship.
